Основы управления смыслами и знаниями

The paper proposes an operational research programme for managing transitions between a source, a representation of its content, a bounded context and the result of applying it. Its main question is when a person or an agent can reuse previously expressed content while keeping essential differences, grounds and limits under a finite budget of attention, memory and computation. The main text offers context-sufficiency boundaries, conditional properties of composition and a refutation programme. Cooking, navigation and circuit design serve synthetic analyses and limited three-book observations, not transfer to other texts. Executed appendix runs are limited and do not establish extraction quality.

Abstract

The paper proposes an operational research programme for managing transitions between a source, a representation of its content, a bounded context and the result of applying it. Its main question is when a person or an agent can reuse previously expressed content while keeping essential differences, grounds and limits under a finite budget of attention, memory and computation. The main text offers context-sufficiency boundaries, conditional properties of composition and a refutation programme. Cooking, navigation and circuit design serve synthetic analyses and limited three-book observations, not transfer to other texts. Executed appendix runs are limited and do not establish extraction quality.

Claims and their basis

  • Conditional results (the F-series) hold only under their stated premises; a previously checked artifact keeps its protected properties only if the dependency manifest is complete. Basis type: proof-under-premises. No measured reuse result is claimed.
  • A synthetic example with three necessary parts costing 2, 2 and 3 against a budget of 5 totals 7, so the obligation cannot be met in one package. Basis type: proof-under-premises; an arithmetic example, not a measurement.
  • "Minimal context" may be claimed only with a declared option space, cost function and optimality proof. Basis type: authors-domain-assessment.
  • Six programme hypotheses each name a strong comparison and a refuting outcome. Basis type: hypothesis; none is tested, and no row-level status is asserted.
  • Appendix experiment on pre-structured material, 80 calls. Rubric A met 193 and left 7 unknown of 200 criteria; rubric B met 197 and left 3 unknown of 200. Vectors matched in 13 of 20 canonical pairs and differed in 7. Basis type: finite-test; five of five calibration controls apply to one profile only. The source MM_A5295 was NOT read by the card writer; claims resting on it keep the limited wording above.
  • Release cross-check by the kit authors: 13 of 14 first answers passed the narrow conditions, and in one task (T09) the first output was rejected because the register of a protected phrase changed. Basis type: authors-domain-assessment; a self-check by one assistant, not independent, and the 14 editing tasks do not test this model.

Limits

  • The 12 refuting probes were editorial constructions and were not run at the initial stage; their later status is not claimed.
  • OCR, formulas, tables, diagrams and the 917 derived descriptions behind the three-book observations were not independently verified.
  • Three domains yield different defect types; they do not show transfer to other texts or professions.
  • Universality of the general model is not proved.

Status and what is open

  • The late research synthesis gate is OPEN. Independent semantic review of this text has NOT been performed.
  • The English page is a summary, not a translation, and does not replace the Russian original.
  • The research crosswalk is integrated but is a one-assistant self-check by the kit authors, not independent confirmation.
  • Not integrated and still missing: the NAV reports, the TIM reports, MM_OBLIGATIONS_20261030 together with the previous-stage report, the runs behind section 7 of the knowledge-admission amendment (MM_KA0004), and the items ING-01 to ING-08.

Relation to the full text

The Russian full text is the terminology edition of 2026-11-03 (front matter and links aside). Where the editorial card corrects the status wording of its abstract (executed appendix results that the abstract understates), this page follows the corrected, evidence-bound wording and says so here. The Russian text is published without the card corrections, so its abstract may differ from this page.
